Food for Kittens
Good health begins with proper feeding. Wholesomes Healthy Kitten Complete Care can help development and growth of your kitten when combined with exercise, veterinary care, and controlling intake of other food and treats. Wholesomes Healthy Kitten Complete Care may be fed dry or moistened according to your kitten’s preference. Use this chart as a guide, adjusting as necessary to maintain optimal growth and development. Portions will vary according to age, breed, size, temperature and environment of the kitten. Kittens will nibble solid foods at 3-4 weeks of age, but moistened feed should be made available at a minimum of 4 times per day. At 6-8 weeks of age, kittens can transition to dry feed or continue with moistened as preferred. When introducing Wholesomes Kitten with Chicken, mix increasing amounts of Wholesomes Healthy Kitten Complete Care with decreasing amounts of the current food over a 7 to 10-day period. Offer clean, fresh water at all times. See your veterinarian regularly. Feeding amounts are based on a standard 8 oz. dry measuring cup.
